Asking each question three times matters. AI answers vary from one asking to the next, so a single answer can make things look better or worse than they are. Three askings per question show whether you're named reliably, sometimes or not at all.
What you get at the end
A written report in plain English: for each question, whether you were named and where, who was named instead, and anything said about you that looks wrong. Then the likely reasons, based on what's publicly visible about you and the businesses named instead (for example missing service pages, inconsistent listings, few recent reviews). Finally, a fix list in priority order, so you know what to do first. The 20-minute walkthrough call goes through it with you.
What it doesn't do
It doesn't guarantee a place in any assistant's answers, and it isn't a promise of more customers. It also doesn't make the fixes for you: that's the fix sprint (£1,950 +VAT), which includes everything in the audit. You're free to take the fix list and do the work yourself or with anyone you like.
